Conducted computational research on cancer radiotherapy
radiation dosimetry and particle interactions using
Monte Carlo and analytical simulation tools. Utilized PHITS to simulate carbon ion beam interactions with
hydrogenous materials such as water and CR-39. Designed a hand-shaped phantom with Thermoluminescent
Dosimeters (TLDs) and simulated radiation exposure from industrial radioactive sources using PHITS to assess
dose distribution. Applied SRIM/TRIM to calculate the stopping power and energy loss of charged particles
and employed XCOM for X-ray and gamma-ray attenuation analysis to support radiation shielding calculations.
