I joined Transcom Beverages Ltd. in 2023 as an IT Intern, later promoted to Apprentice and Junior System Analyst. I worked on .NET-based projects, assisting in system design, development, requirement collection and user support. I also collaborated with cross functional teams to gather requirements, manage projects, and improve systems through automation and integration, gaining strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
